Our Recruitment Process

Our Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process is designed to be professional, efficient, and transparent, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent. It begins with a thorough job analysis to define key qualifications and responsibilities, followed by strategic sourcing to reach a diverse pool of candidates. Our screening process includes resume evaluations, skill assessments, and structured interviews to identify the most suitable individuals. We prioritize clear communication, keeping candidates informed at every stage. Finally, we conduct background checks and extend offers to the most qualified candidates, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. Our goal is to build a strong, capable team that aligns with our company’s values and objectives.

Pre-Screen

At Maritime International, our team of qualified technical evaluators, with extensive Middle East experience, ensures a thorough understanding of client needs. When clients send representatives for selection, we pre-screen and line up three times the required number of candidates, unless otherwise specified, to provide a diverse and highly qualified talent pool for optimal hiring decisions.

Selection

At Maritime International, our highly qualified technical staff conduct worker selection on behalf of clients. Trusted by many, we take full responsibility for ensuring that every selected worker meets the required qualifications and standards.

Reports

At Maritime International, we provide weekly progress reports to keep clients informed and address all queries within 24 hours. Upon project completion, a detailed final report is submitted, outlining visa and ticket utilization, applicant names, and deployment dates.

Soon, all reports and communications will be accessible through our interactive website, ensuring seamless monitoring and correspondence for our clients.

Visa Stamping Process

At Maritime International, we manage the visa stamping process efficiently:

  • Document Collection – Gather required documents (passport, medical certificates, contracts).
  • Verification – Ensure all documents meet embassy requirements.
  • Submission – Submit documents to the respective embassy/consulate.
  • Follow-Up – Monitor progress and resolve any issues.
  • Visa Issuance – Collect and verify stamped visas.
  • Notification – Update clients and candidates upon completion.

We ensure a smooth, timely process for seamless worker deployment.

Deployment

At Maritime International, workers' flight schedules are sent to employers three days in advance, with prompt notifications for any changes. We ensure our principals are always informed of flight details well ahead of time for smooth coordination.

ORIENTATION PROGRAM

At Maritime International, we ensure that our workers understand and respect the Islamic principles and social customs of Middle Eastern countries. We advise them against any actions that violate local laws or customs.

Before departure, we conduct thorough orientation sessions, emphasizing work and discipline as key to success. Workers are instructed to respect superiors, maintain a strong work ethic, and uphold the dignity of their homeland. Any breach of discipline can lead to serious consequences, harming their livelihood and reputation.

We also prepare workers for potential challenges in working with colleagues from different cultures, encouraging a spirit of cooperation and mutual respect. Workers commit to giving their best performance, fostering positive relationships with employers and co-workers alike.
